Games, activities, and classroom routines are a great way to build community in your classroom. Check back often as new games, activities, and routines are added often.
Changing behavior is a marathon, not a sprint – we don’t expect kids to learn to read or do math in day or even a week – the same is true for changes in behavior.
Providing and teaching the use of regulation supports in the general education classroom for students provides a great alternative to having them leave the classroom when they need a sensory or calming break. Check back frequently as new supports are added often.
